About the Owners
Jeffrey Gural, the CEO of American Racing and Entertainment, LLC., acquired Tioga Downs Casino Resort in 2005 in partnership with Nevada Gold and Casinos. The racino, which opened in 2006, underwent significant renovations after a 2013 vote allowed New York casinos to offer Las Vegas-style live table games.
