About the Owners
The Oneida Indian Nation (OIN) is a federally recognized tribe of Oneida people situated in the United States. With its headquarters in Verona, New York, the tribe has historical roots in the region, holding territory before the onset of European colonialism and maintaining some of those lands to this day.
As members of the Iroquois Confederacy, or Haudenosaunee, the Oneida are Iroquoian-speaking people. Notably, they are recognized as “America’s first allies” due to their unique position as one of the few Iroquois nations that supported the American cause during its early history.
